Daniel Anthony Jones spent the summer at camp,first as a camper then a helper. He announced he wanted to be a 'SAM'. Sam Minatra, A YOUNG STRONG SERVANT OF THE LORD, has been a helper at camp for quite some time and left camp early this year to serve in Sudan. But he was here long enough for some of the boys to decide they would like to be like him. Daniel is now attending a christian youth camp in Anchorage.Wednesday, August 6, 2008

Well, I have to say that I'm incredibly proud of that Sam Minatra. He is an incredible man that is an example of what it is to follow Christ. He is my own personal example of the grace and love of our Savior. I am so proud of him and thankful for his dedication to KHBC and the people there. So wonderful. I hope to visit KHBC someday with him.
